Chris joined the Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. team in 2008.  Today, in his role as manager, he primarily works with distribution, manufacturing, retail and professional services companies.  He is responsible for providing audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, audits of retirement plans, internal control consulting and general bookkeeping consulting for the firm’s clients. Beyond Chris’ client duties, he plays an active role in the firm’s business development initiatives.  He is willing to go the extra mile to assist in the growth of other staff and the overall firm.

Prior to joining Abeles and Hoffman, P.C., Chris spent seven years at Stone Carlie & Company, LLC in their assurance services group.  Additionally, he worked for a year at BKD, LLP in the assurance services department. With more than a decade of professional experience, Chris possesses the necessary skills and background to meet his clients’ ever-evolving needs.

Chris’ interest in accounting stems from his desire to run his own business.  Today he attributes his successes to the strong support he has received from his wife, Aynie, and his colleagues.

Chris currently lives in St. Louis with his wife.  While away from the office, you can usually find him playing golf or tennis or attending a Blues hockey game.
