Michele Duvall, CPA, joined Abeles and Hoffman P.C. in 2012 and serves as a Tax Senior Manager. In her role, Michele supervises staff, prepares and reviews tax returns, manages client relationships, and assists with audit engagements, compilations, and financial statement reviews. She also provides specialized expertise in foreign asset reporting, including FACTA compliance and other international tax filing requirements.
Michele works with clients in a variety of industries, including professional services, aircraft leasing, and real estate, offering tax planning and compliance support designed to help them navigate complex regulations.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University in 2006, graduating magna cum laude and receiving both the Presidential Award for Volunteering and the Southwest Missouri CPA Society Scholarship. She went on to complete her Master of Accounting at the University of Utah in 2010. Her technical knowledge, dedication, and client-focused approach make her an invaluable part of the AHCPA team.
Michele lives in Chesterfield with her husband, Lance, and their three children. As a family, they enjoy traveling, exploring national parks, skiing, hiking, camping, and staying active outdoors. Michele is also a passionate community volunteer, having served as Treasurer for both the Shenandoah Valley Elementary PTO and Parkway Central Middle School PTO.

- What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever eaten? Cow tongue
- What was your first job? A lifeguard, I also taught water aerobics
- If you could have any super power, what would it be? The power to fly, although I don’t think I would go very high!
