What year did you join Abeles & Hoffman?
I joined Abeles & Hoffman in 2015.

What are your responsibilities at the firm? 
I assist with the preparation of partnerships, S corporations, individuals, trusts, and gift tax returns. I am also a firm specialist in preparing investment partnership tax returns.

Tell us about where you attended college and the degree(s) you earned? I attended Webster University, where I received a BS in Accounting, MS in Finance and a Minor in German. I graduated magna cum laude.

What is your favorite thing about living in St. Louis?
Cardinals and Blues games!

Tell us a little about your family.
My wife Katy and I got married in June 2018, we live in Ballwin, MO. No kids yet, but we do have two nephews (5 and 6 years old), so that’s enough playing with trains and Nerf guns for now.

If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
I would probably play hockey (either actual ice hockey or the PS4 version). I would say golf, but if I’m replacing sleep, it’s probably dark outside.

What fictional place would you most like to visit?
MacLaren’s Pub from How I Met Your Mother, so I can hang out with Barney Stinson.

What is a new skill that you would like to master?
I would like to master golf before attempting a new skill.

What do you wish you knew more about?
Geography! I love looking at Google Earth and seeing where places are in relation to each other.

Germany

What silly accomplishment are you most proud of?
I made two free throws to win the 8th grade Nipher vs. North Kirkwood Middle School game. Nipher Knights rule!

What is your favorite smell?
I love the smell of freshly popped popcorn.

If you had a clock that would countdown to any one event of your choosing, what event would you want it to countdown to?
The Blues winning the Stanley Cup!

When was the last time you climbed a tree?
Never. I was neither adventurous nor athletic as a child.

What was your first job?
I worked at the Brunswick Bowling Alley in Valley Park. Yes, I had to spray the shoes.

If you could have any super power, what would it be?
I would want to be invisible.
