Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. is thrilled to announce the promotion of three remarkable team members! Keith Rauch, CPA and Kelley Wingbermuehle, CPA have been promoted to the role of principal. Brad Indelicato, CPA, ABV, CVA will take on the role of tax manager.

Additionally, Brad is an incredible professional and received a promotion to manager because of his commitment and passion for his work.”

Keith joined Abeles and Hoffman in 2014 and previously served as a senior manager. He earned a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia (Mizzou). He is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA), and the Mizzou Alumni Association. As a principal, his responsibilities include overseeing tax and accounting engagements and providing invaluable staff training. Keith specializes in rendering tax and consulting services to the firm’s clients, including consolidated C Corporations, S Corporations, complex partnerships and high net-worth individuals. He currently resides in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

Kelley has been with Abeles and Hoffman since 2009. A two-time graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis, she holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. While earning her undergraduate degree, she received the FSA Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Kelley is a member of the AICPA and the MOCPA, and also serves as a board member for LifeBridge Partnership. As a principal, she oversees tax planning, compliance and business consulting for the firm’s C Corporation, S Corporation, partnership, trust and high net worth individual tax clients. She assists clients in numerous industries, with her main focus on the distribution, manufacturing and personal services industries. She currently resides in Arnold, Missouri with her husband and their children.

Previously a supervisor, Brad will now serve as a tax manager. He graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and joined the Abeles and Hoffman team shortly thereafter. He specializes in providing consulting and tax services, business valuations and merger and acquisition assistance to the firms’ clients. He assists with individuals and organizations in the areas of architecture, engineering, law, marketing, advertising, health care, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and real estate. Brad is a member of the AICPA, the MOCPA, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He currently resides in Chesterfield, Missouri with his wife and son.
