Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelley Wingbermuehle, CPA, James Rose, CPA, CGMA, Justin Reppy, CPA and Keith Rauch, CPA to the firm’s ownership group.

This is a first step in our firm’s transition while maintaining the involvement of myself and Stu Hoffman, the firm’s founders.  With our management team in place, our firm is strategically positioned for continued growth and opportunity in the marketplace.”

In 2009, Wingbermuehle joined Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.  In addition to her overall tax consulting and compliance responsibilities, she is the firm’s subject matter expert in international tax.  Wingbermuehle is a member of the AICPA, the MSCPA, and serves on the Board of Directors of LifeBridge Partnership.

Rose leads the firm’s audit and accounting practice.  He is the subject matter expert on financial accounting standards and consults regularly on accounting, internal controls, and operational matters.  Having worked several years in private industry, he brings unique insight and perspective to his clients.  Rose joined Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. in 2016. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Rose is currently a member of the AICPA, MSCPA, ACG St. Louis, MoCann Trade, and serves on the Finance Committee of St. Patrick Center and the Finance Committee of Mercy Conference and Retreat Center.

Reppy joined Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. in 2012. His primary responsibilities revolve around tax consulting and compliance. He also advises clients regularly on internal accounting and operational issues as well as consulting on business sales and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and is a current member of the AICPA and the MSCPA in addition to serving as an Associate Board member for the SIUC Accounting School and participates on the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation CLP Board.

Rauch is the firm’s subject matter expert on a wide array of tax matters, including partnership tax issues and depreciation and repair regulations.  He frequently consults with clients on mergers & acquisitions, organizational structure, and major transactions.  Rauch joined Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. in 2014.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting with certificates in Taxation and Information Systems, both from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He is a member of the AICPA, the MSCPA, and the Mizzou Alumni Association.
