Franz and Indelicato have been promoted to senior tax manager. They have been with the firm since 2009 and 2007, respectively. Diekhoff has served on the Abeles and Hoffman team since 2017 and now steps into the role of audit manager. Maret takes on the responsibilities of a tax senior; he has been with the firm since 2017.

A graduate of Fontbonne University, Franz earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2005 and a Master of Science in Taxation in 2007. In 2015 he was named to the university’s list of Most Outstanding Young Alumni. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA), the Fontbonne University Alumni Association, and the Vianney High School Alumni Association. Franz currently lives in St. Charles, Missouri with his wife, their three sons and daughter.
Indelicato attended the University of Missouri – St. Louis, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A 2019 St. Louis Small Business Top Accountant, he is affiliated with the AICPA, the MOCPA, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Indelicato resides in Chesterfield, Missouri with his wife and two sons.
An alumnus of Illinois State University, Diekhoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy. He is affiliated with the AICPA and MOCPA. A U.S. Army veteran, he resides in St. Louis with his wife and daughter.
Maret attended Saint Louis University, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Art in Economics and later earning a Master of Accounting. He is affiliated with the AICPA, MOCPA, Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, and a founding member/chairman of the Chaifetz Young Accounting Professionals Board. He currently lives in Ballwin, Missouri with his wife and daughter.
