Kelly Nappier joined Abeles and Hoffman P.C. in 2025 and serves as the firm’s Firm Administrator. In her role, Kelly oversees administrative services, Human Resources, business operations, and payroll. She works closely with firm leadership to support daily operations, improve internal processes, and help create a positive and efficient workplace for the entire team.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Her background in human resources and business operations, along with her passion for supporting people and building strong organizational processes, makes her an integral part of the firm’s leadership team.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, their 14-year-old son, and their eight-year-old Bagle (Basset/Beagle mix). She loves traveling, especially trips to the beach, and one of her favorite adventures has been visiting Ireland.

- What fictional place would you most like to visit? The land of beach time and no responsibilities!
- What is a new skill that you would like to master? Parenting a teenager
- What do you wish you knew more about? Investments and financial planning. I’m entering the retirement zone and I feel way behind.
- What’s the farthest you’ve ever been from home? Ireland
- What question would you most like to know the answer to? Will I come back and haunt and/or watch over people?
- What is the most impressive thing you know how to do? My driving skills are pretty stellar (I think so anyway)
- What was the best compliment you’ve ever received? “Your son is so kind”
- What silly accomplishment are you most proud of? I was the Baylor Bear Baby (largest baby in the hospital at Baylor Medical) for about a day. I was 10 lbs. and knocked out of my title by a 12 lbs. baby the next day!
- What is your favorite smell? Magnolias and hyacinth
- If you had a clock that would countdown to any one event of your choosing, what event would you want it to countdown to? The next time I will be at the beach
- When was the last time you climbed a tree? Maybe 9 or 10 years old
- What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever eaten? Shark
- What was your first job? Assistant at a piano store, booking piano lessons and taking payments.
- If you could have any super power, what would it be? The power to instantly heal people’s pain and trauma.
