We are currently seeking a reliable, proactive professional for the role of Administrative Receptionist. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily communications and ensuring every client and guest is provided a welcoming and professional experience.
This position requires that you possess the following core competencies:
- Exceptional client service abilities while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong initiative, with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities under deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing a variety of administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, data entry, scanning and filing, and maintaining accurate client and employee contact information
- Managing office supplies and related inventory
- Coordinating firm events, including luncheons and the annual company picnic
- Overseeing all client mass mailing projects
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed; responsibilities may evolve over time
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- 1-3 years experience working for a CPA or other professional services firm strongly preferred
- Experience with CCH Axcess preferred, not required

Qualifications:

- Working proficiency in audit and accounting research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in public accounting or equivalent experience in industry
- Experience with high level, technical, final reviews of federal and state tax returns for business entities, trust, and individuals
- Strategic tax planning skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred, not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to client
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Confidence in time management and ability to prioritize while working on multiples complex engagements
