The local certified public accounting firm of Abeles and Hoffman, P.C. is pleased to announce Brad Indelicato, CPA recently obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.

“This accomplishment demonstrates Brad’s commitment to excellence. He has assisted in many business valuation projects and is continuously seeking additional skill sets so he is able to deliver significant value to our clients,” says Stu Hoffman, CPA/ABV, CBA who heads valuation services of Abeles and Hoffman, P.C.

The CVA designation is awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). The certification process comprises a comprehensive training course, followed by an exam and a rigorous take-home case study which simulated the performance of a valuation engagement. Prerequisites of the training include a strong understanding of accounting, tax, economic and finance, and a thorough understanding of business valuation principles and techniques.

As a senior accountant, Indelicato specializes in providing tax, accounting, consulting and business valuation services for the firm’s clients. He specifically serves clients in the real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, wholesale and professional services industries.

Indelicato received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2008. He is involved is several organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), NACVA and the University of Missouri-St. Louis Alumni Association. Indelicato currently resides in Chesterfield, Missouri.
