Justin began working at Abeles and Hoffman in 2012. As a principal, he provides comprehensive tax and consulting services to the firm’s clients, including family partnerships, consolidated groups, S Corporations, privately held businesses and high net-worth individuals. Justin also assists clients with state and local tax issues and IRS examinations.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin spent six and a half years as a healthcare/tax manager at Clifton Larson Allen. He also spent several years working for firms PricewaterhouseCooper and CBIZ Business Solutions Inc. The diverse knowledge and experience he’s gained over the years has strengthened his ability to provide clients with high quality service.

With over a decade of experience, Justin is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the individual needs of his clients. In one instance, he directed a client to the appropriate legal counsel to get their affairs in order as a family member fell ill. Another time, Justin provided consulting services when it came to estate and tax ramifications of a Roth IRA conversion.

Justin knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career in accounting; he always had a passion for numbers. He also learned a lot about accounting, including job options and the benefits of working in the profession, from the head of his youth group. He attributes much of his success to his current and past colleagues. Justin has developed and grown into the professional he is today thanks to the great colleagues he has had the privilege of working with over the years.

Justin currently resides in Chesterfield, Missouri with his wife, Allison, and their three children. He and his family enjoy exploring the city and all it has to offer. Some of their favorite places to visit are the St. Louis Zoo, St. Louis Science Center and the Missouri Botanical Gardens. In addition to spending time with his family, Justin enjoys watching Cardinals baseball and gardening.
