At Abeles and Hoffman, client satisfaction is our number one priority. To help gauge our clients’ impressions of our firm, to identify our strengths and to clarify areas of improvement, we conduct online satisfaction surveys with our clients. Since the survey began in 2011, we have received a 38% completion rate. Here are some of highlights from the data we have compiled:

  • 100% of our clients believe we are easily accessible for meetings, phone calls and follow-up.
  • 98% feel that we stay on top of legislative and industry changes.
  • 95% of our clients feel we deliver proactive solutions.
  • 94% of our clients believe they receive high level of value from our team members.
